Patient Information
We hope you will feel our genuine concern for your good health the moment you walk in the door. When you come in for your initial visit, you will complete a health history, which you can also download below, and then meet with one of our licensed physical therapists for an evaluation and discussion of your condition. Then, you will receive a thorough examination in a private treatment room to determine the cause of your pain and establish which treatment methods and exercises need to be used to most effectively remedy your problem.
Office Policies and Information
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
In an effort to enhance each of your therapy visits, we strongly encourage regular attendance. Unfortunately, due to past trends we have had to establish the following NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $35.00 fee will be charged for all patients who do not show for their appointment. In the event of an unexpected conflict, morning appointments that must be cancelled should be phoned in by 9:00 a.m. and afternoon appointments by 1:00 p.m. to avoid the $35.00 fee. This fee will be due upon your next appointment and applies to ALL patients regardless of your insurance coverage.
Hours of Operation
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday at all locations
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (after hours) Monday - Thursday, Ridgeland location and 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Flowood and Clinton.

Insurance Information
We verify all insurance plans and perform any necessary pre-certifications. We accept ALL insurance plans including worker’s compensation and participate in the following networks:
