Genesis Physical Therapy is an established physical therapy group that has been serving our community for over fifteen years and would love the opportunity to assist you with your patients. Our mission is to provide the best quality of service in a timely and cost-effective manner. We offer one-on-one treatment sessions that are designed specifically for each patient’s needs. Our licensed clinical staff has the experience, training, and resources to evaluate and treat a wide variety of diagnoses.

For your convenience your patient can download all necessary patient forms prior to their scheduled appointment. We verify all insurance plans and perform any necessary pre-certifications. We accept ALL insurance plans including worker’s compensation and participate in the following networks:
